On April 20, 2026 (Mon), we released version 2.9.0 of the Route Inn Hotels Official App, launching the new "Rewards Stamp" feature.
Conol has continuously been responsible for the development of the Route Inn Hotels Official App, and for this new Rewards Stamp feature we provided end-to-end support — from the app-side implementation to the technology for the dedicated plates installed at the front desk, which are powered by our NFC solution "CUONA".
The Rewards Stamp program lets guests earn one digital stamp per overnight stay. After collecting 9 stamps, guests are guaranteed to win a discount coupon for accommodation or dining through the draw.
At check-in, guests simply tap the stamp mark within the official app and hold their smartphone over the dedicated plate installed at the front desk to collect a stamp.
The dedicated plates are powered by our NFC technology "CUONA", delivering the stamp-collection experience true to the concept of "simple — just hold it over."
Service Overview

- Eligible Hotels: Route Inn Hotels in Japan
- App: Official app version 2.9.0 or higher
- iOS: Latest version recommended (iOS 17 or higher is required for the Rewards Stamp feature)
- Android: Latest version recommended (Android OS 12 or higher with NFC support is required for the Rewards Stamp feature)
- Stamp Collection Hours: 12:00 – 11:59 the following day
