How Wallethod Works
Users Can Use Without App Installation
Since it uses Wallet, which can be used as a standard app on iOS/Android, users only need to click the URL when the service starts. It is a service that people who are not good at digital or operations can use with peace of mind.
Contributes to Cost Reduction as Physical Card Issuance is Not Required
Since it is a completely digital mechanism, the cost of previously manufacturing physical cards in advance becomes zero.
Multilingual Support
It supports not only Japanese and English but also various languages as standard. It can be effectively used for inbound visitors from overseas.
Location Information Embedding Support
Location information can be embedded in the issued pass. It is possible to automatically guide to pass display or information via PUSH notification when approaching the corresponding position.
Support for Various Barcodes and NFC
QR codes, barcodes, and NFC can be freely displayed within the pass. Mechanisms that interlock with terminals according to the service can be built.
Can be Freely Built into Existing Systems via API

- The calculation method for the number of updates is calculated by the number of times the update API was called. 【Number of passes generated × A】 + 【Number of pass updates × B】 is the monthly fee calculation formula.
- If the calculated total exceeds the base amount for each plan, the excess amount will be added.
- The booster option is on an annual payment basis. It is an optional plan that provides for the year with the basic unit price of pass creation lowered upon addition.
- Service SLA guarantees 99.9% or higher (Since it depends on AWS, which is adopted as the service base, this may not apply during AWS failures).
- Setup fees occur separately at the time of initial server introduction. Introduction fees vary according to requirements.
- The above fees include system fees when PUSH notification or location information display is performed.
- All the above fees are presented excluding tax

Q. What kind of usage methods are possible?
A. Wallet passes are used in various service scenes around the world. Event tickets for planes, amusement parks, etc., membership cards, point cards, hotel check-in cards, and coupons—all mechanisms of paper or plastic cards used previously can be replaced.
Q. Can pass layouts be designed freely?
A. While there are specifications for iOS/Android respectively for determined forms, it is possible to change layouts, colors, etc., within those.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of passes that can be issued?
A. There is no limit to the number of issuances. It is a service where fees are charged according to the number of passes issued.
Q. How should I proceed if I want to change the display for each user issuing a pass?
A. If you already have a customer DB, etc., it is possible to issue a URL for each user by using the pass issuance API based on the customer DB data.
Q. Is it possible to view API documentation before contracting?
A. Yes, it is possible. Please contact us for API documentation disclosure.
Q. Is there a mechanism for point or coupon management?
A. Since Wallethod itself is strictly a service for issuing Wallet passes, point and coupon management functions are not provided by this service.
Q. I do not possess any core systems such as customer systems; is use possible?
A. Since this service strictly provides a mechanism for issuing Wallet passes, use with this service alone is difficult if you do not have a core system such as a base customer management system. Since introduction to linkable systems etc. is possible, please contact our sales department if there is a system you would like to build.
