Designer
You will be active in design work required for Conol as a whole (a wide range mainly focusing on web and paper). You will aim to solve problems using design for almost all areas of business, and handle necessary design, creation, proposal, and sharing according to various design requirements that arise.

- Specific branding experience
- 3+ years of experience in smartphone app and website design
- 3+ years of experience as a designer
- Experience and knowledge in paper, packaging, materials, etc.
- Knowledge of being able to perform (or direct) photography or illustration creation oneself
- Many experiences of success and failure achieved in planning, etc.

Assistant
As an assistant for various tasks arising in CUONA products, you will work under a Project Manager to handle document creation, sales, customer support, etc. Regardless of the project size, you will be in a position to support the Project Manager in project tasks. We provide technical education through the field to those who aim to acquire technical and sales skills and become a Project Manager in the future.

Q. I live far away, can I still apply?
A. No, you cannot. While Conol has staff who live overseas and work fully remotely, we assume that you will come to the office.
Q. I am a foreign national, can I still apply?
A. Yes, you can. However, Japanese proficiency equivalent to N3 or higher is required. Staff other than Japanese are also active at Conol.
Q. Are there any restrictions on education, etc.?
A. There are no restrictions.
Q. Are you recruiting employees?
A. Conol is currently recruiting both contractors and full-time employees.
