Q. Please tell me the key products compatible with Clue for Hotel.
A. Key products compatible as of January 2026 are... Miwa Lock ALV series Bluetooth version (ALVBJM / ALVBJP / ALVBJS / ALVBJT / ALVBJR / ALVBJA), "CHLG-101" using GOAL JCLM housing provided by Conol, and "CHLW-101"/"CHLW-102" using WAFERLOCK L700, L701 housing, Taiwan's No.1 key manufacturer.
Q. Are there already compatible PMS manufacturers?
A. We have achievement of compatibility with NEC NEHOPS. Since Clue for Hotel has APIs and SDKs, it is designed so that compatibility itself can be done relatively easily.
Q. Do you support manufacturers of check-in equipment, etc.?
A. We support NCR equipment. We also have SDKs for Windows, so for Windows-equipped machines, you can issue physical card keys or smartphone keys at any timing by incorporating our SDK.
Q. How are smartphone keys issued?
A. There are several flows. For official apps, you can issue smartphone keys at any timing by including the SDK for apps. In the case of Wallet, you can issue via URL or QR (just open the link on the smartphone to be used).
Q. Please tell me the conditions for smartphones that cannot be used.
A. Keys usable in Clue for Hotel unlock room keys using Bluetooth or NFC. Therefore, they cannot be used for smartphones that do not support Bluetooth/NFC. As of 2025, they can be used with almost all domestic smartphones.
Q. Is reissuance possible if the smartphone is lost, etc.?
A. Yes, it is possible. It is possible to reissue keys using a new smartphone.
Q. What is the minimum number of rooms required for a hotel for introduction?
A. The minimum number for introduction is 15 rooms per hotel. Even if the number of rooms is insufficient, introduction may be possible, so please contact us.
Q. How many people can use the management screen?
A. There is no limit on the number of administrators and staff that can be created.
