Q. Can it not be used without purchasing Clue GATE?
A. Yes, use of this service requires the purchase and installation of either Clue Gate 001N or 002S, and joining the monthly service.
Q. Up to how many locations can be controlled per unit?
A. One Clue GATE has 4 terminals, allowing connection to up to 4 locations. You can register and specify 4 locations per ClueGate from the management screen.
Q. Is it possible to issue temporary keys for guests, etc.?
A. Yes, it is possible. You can use the guest function. You can use the function to send a passcode URL for unlocking to a specified email address without requiring registration.
Q. Does the network LAN require special settings?
