Conol Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") asks for a minimum of personal information so that users (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") can use the products or services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") with peace of mind. 4. Purpose of Using Personal Information

The Company appropriately manages personal information acquired from Customers and will not provide it to third parties except in the following cases:

When the Company performs business activities jointly with a specific business operator, the Company may jointly use necessary Customer's personal information with said business operator, but in this case, the individual will be notified or published in advance of the purpose of use, etc. In addition, so that safety management is achieved, we will conclude contracts regarding the joint use of personal information and perform appropriate management.

7. Consignment of Personal Information

Consignment will not be made except in the following cases:

When the handling of personal information is entrusted to an outsourcing company that has concluded a confidentiality agreement regarding personal information, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use clearly indicated to the Customer.

8. Direct Mail

For addresses (email addresses, addresses) registered as personal information, the Company or recipient companies etc. may send emails or mail information believed to be beneficial to Customers, limited to those who have given prior permission. Permission can be revoked later.

9. Changes and Cancellations of Personal Information

Based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company responds to requests from the individual for notification of the purpose of use of personal information subject to disclosure, disclosure, correction/addition or deletion, suspension of use/elimination or suspension of third-party provision (hereinafter referred to as "Requests for Disclosure, etc.").

If the Customer themselves wishes to change their personal information, please perform change procedures via the specified form.

If the Customer wishes to make Requests for Disclosure, etc., please contact the "Contact for Inquiries regarding Personal Information" listed below. In this case, we will respond only after the Company has confirmed that it is the Customer themselves.

10. Request to Those Under 18

When those under 18 years of age use the various services of the Company and input personal information, please ensure that it is done after obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian. Please note that if specified personal information is not provided or if it is false personal information, specific services may not be provided.

11. Retention Period and Period of Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected by the Company will be stored and managed by the Company while the Customer receives the service of the Company. Customers can request disclosure of their own personal information stored and managed by the Company. However, in order to prevent information leakage to third parties, the Company will promptly disclose said information to the Customer only if the Company can confirm that it is the Customer themselves.

If a Customer loses membership status, all collected personal information will be deleted. In addition, if there is a request for deletion/correction from the Customer, the Company will promptly delete/correct said information only if the Company can confirm that it is the Customer themselves.

12. Cookies

A cookie is a function that saves the Customer's information in the browser to save the trouble of re-entry or to display content optimal for the Customer. The Company uses this technology for optimal display of internet advertisements, understanding the number of users, omitting re-entry, etc.

In addition, you can set your own browser to notify you when a cookie has been sent and choose whether or not to receive it. It is also possible to set your browser's cookie function to off. However, please note that in this case, the functions of some services may be impaired.

14. SSL

The Company's website supports "SSL" as necessary to protect its Customers' personal information.

The Company will take protective measures against unauthorized network access and make its best effort so that the Company's management server cannot be accessed from outside the Company's network.

17. Troubles Occurring through Customer Actions

The Company's personal information is protected by the Customer's email address and password. The responsibility for password management lies with the Customer themselves. The Company assumes no responsibility for problems occurring because the email address or password being used was leaked due to the Customer's carelessness.

18. Response to Third Parties and Customers

The Company will do its best for personal information protection, but assumes no responsibility for problems occurring due to Customer's carelessness or troubles on the internet.
